TERMINATION NOTICE

Give a Termination Notice at least 30 days before you intend to move. The lease must be terminated on the last day of the month. It is our intention to return your security deposit in full. In order for us to do so, you need to leave the property in the best possible condition. Please use the CONDITION OF RENTAL PROPERTY CHECKLIST (pdf) and return it to us, together with the keys, within 24 hours of vacating the property. The security deposit minus any outstanding charges will be returned to you within 45 days of vacating the property.
