RENTAL APPLICATIONSTEP 1 | After visiting the property, you may apply by completing the form on this page or the RENTAL APPLICATION (pdf). Each applicant or guarantor must submit a separate application. Additionally we will request a government issued ID and a proof of income (three most recent pay stubs).
STEP 2 | Once your application is received, we will verify your employment and rental references and review your credit and criminal reports. We will provide you with a link to TransUnion to request them. Your direct use of the TransUnion service provides you with two very important benefits: 1) Your credit score or FICO is not affected by your own “self inquiry” for a credit report as it can be by a third-party inquiry and 2) Because you and not we requested the credit and criminal reports, there is no legal obligation for us to maintain those documents on file; we therefore can and will destroy them upon termination of your lease. STEP 3 | Inform you of owner’s final decision. If your application is accepted, you may download the NEW TENANT KIT (pdf). The property will remain on the market until the lease is signed and security deposit paid. |
